  Michael L. Salamone, President and Managing Partner of Arcadia Homes, holds a BS in Business Management and Finance from the University of South Carolina and a MBA in Finance from Seton Hall University. A Wall Street trader before coming to North Carolina in 1994, Michael now oversees finance, land acquisition, administration and long-range planning and is heavily involved in sales and marketing.

Robert J. Bowers, Vice President and Managing Partner of Arcadia, graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1985. He is responsible for construction management, including production, estimating, scheduling, quality assurance and client satisfaction.

Dan Goetz, Managing Partner, began his journey with Arcadia in 1995 as a project manger and plan designer. Dan's attention to detail and demand for perfection have been invaluable in winning the many custom contracts awarded to Arcadia.

Jeff Ecleberry, Managing Partner. Jeff studied architecture at Ohio State University and then went to work in other fields to broaden his skills in engineering, estimating and project management. Since joining the Arcadia team, Jeff has taken on the role of meeting with clients, plan designers and agents and transforming their visions into their perfect home.
